Delete account or
only some data.
Submit the form and the support team processes it within 30 days.
What happens next
- 01Within 48 hours we confirm your identity by email or phone.
- 02Full deletion: the account is locked for 30 days before permanent removal.
- 03Partial deletion: selected data is deleted within 7 days, account stays active.
- 04Some information is retained anonymized due to legal obligations (AGT invoices 10 years, fraud 5 years).
- 05You can cancel the request anytime by emailing suporte@luvu.solutions.
