Who we are
LUVU is operated by Luvu Solutions, Lda., headquartered in Luanda, Angola. We collect and process your data strictly as needed to deliver the service: selling, collecting, managing your shop.
What data we collect
We collect: (i) registration data (name, email, phone, shop name); (ii) sales data (products, prices, payment methods, receipts); (iii) technical data (phone model, app version, IP). We don't collect any data about your activity outside the app.
How we use the data
We use the data to: deliver the service, process payments via Mobile Money and Multicaixa, calculate taxes when applicable, send receipts to your customers, and improve the app. We don't sell your data to third parties.
How we store it
Data is stored on secure infrastructure, with encryption in transit and at rest, and redundant backups. We comply with applicable data protection law in each country where we operate.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time. Just email suporte@luvu.solutions. We respond within 30 days.
