Acceptance of terms
By using LUVU, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with any part, don't use the service.
Account and responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Payments and fees
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime, no lock-ins. Mobile Money transactions may incur operator fees outside our control.
Acceptable use
LUVU may not be used for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any commerce prohibited by applicable law.
Service availability
We work to keep the service always available, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The app is designed to work offline. Use that capability when the network drops.
Limitation of liability
LUVU is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the service, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Angolan law. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of Luanda, without prejudice to consumer rights you may have under your national law.
