How do I create my account?+
Go to shop.luvu.solutions, click Sign up and enter your email. In less than 2 minutes your shop is ready to sell.
Do I need to install an app?+
No. LUVU runs directly in the phone's browser, Android or iPhone. If you want, you can add it to your home screen and use it like a normal app.
What's the difference between plans?+
Free gives you up to 50 sales per month and 30 products. Pro (Kz 9,900/month) is unlimited and includes AGT invoicing and the AI assistant. Business (Kz 24,900/month) adds multi-shop and multi-currency.
Does LUVU work outside Angola?+
Yes, in any country. The interface is in Português, English and Français, and accepts any currency you configure.
Does LUVU issue legal invoices?+
Yes, on Pro and Business plans. AGT-compliant receipts, with sequential numbering, SHA-1 hash and SAF-T(AO) export.
Is my language available?+
We already have Português (Angola), English and Français. Lingala and Kimbundu are in finalization.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. The connection is encrypted and each account has per-user isolated access (Supabase RLS). No data is shared between accounts.
What happens when I lose network?+
You keep selling normally. The app stores everything on the phone and syncs when you reconnect, without losing anything.
